My wife had lost weight 4 to 5 kg in 4 month's unexpectedly. We we did some test & found ' microcytic hypochromic anemia' and haemoglobin- 8.6 and symptoms was weakness and pain in abdomen. Then we met a physician and he recommended "widal test" and test came positive. And he also diagnosed swelling in intestine. Pls advise what could the exact reason for weight loss.
