For Weight Loss, Rule no 1 is moderation in diet . Cut down on Cheese, fatty foods, fried Foods. Strictly avoid aerated beverages. Your daily calorie intake should not increase 1200-1400 calories. Increase your daily protein intake to 60gms( Dals, pulses, sprouts, legumes,low fat paneer and curd) . Have alteast 2 fruits a day(One between breakfast and lunch and second between lunch and dinner). Replace carbs with salads in lunch. Dinner should be light.
Next Steps
Rule No 2 is 45 minutes of daily exercise - Walking, Cycling, running, weight training. Play your favourite outdoor sport.
