Weight loss
My present weight is 70-71kg, am not very tall, 5'2", every time I try new diet and workout regime, I tend to lose only 1-2kg. Why am not losing 4-5kg at least? Would like to see myself in 60s.

Hello, For weight reduction you need to follow Balance diet which is low in calories, high fiber, moderate protein and low fat. You should do lifestyle modifications simple simple changes , good sleep, stress management, yoga.  Also  need to have good patience also some times body may need extra time so give your body that much time.
