You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

-Daily different breakfast varieties.
-Daily different fruit two hours before lunch.
-Start meals with 1 plate of salad, finish it then start meals.
-Roasted paneer or tofu or soyabean chunks with boiled sprouts and salad thrice a week in dinner.
-Roasted means saute with salt n pepper in little oil for few seconds.
-Salad includes cucumber, tomato, sprouts, capsicum, broccoli, lettuce leaves mix or single variety options.-Avoid carrot and beetroot, maida, potatoes, excess sugar and salt.
-No oily fatty stuff.
-No water along meals half hour before or one hour after meals.
-Brown rice instead white rice.
-Never combine chapatis and rice in one meal. Can choose one.
