My mother is 55 years old and her weight is approx. 105kg due to which she is unable to walk properly and she feels pain in her legs. Please advise on her weight loss management as she is not in an age to go to a gym to loose weight. Her digestive system is also weak. Please suggest.

She needs to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
