I want lose my weight but not sure whether it is bone weight or weight due to muscles and fat. How do I check my bone density and fat and muscles weight in my body? My diet includes normal veg diet daily with 7 roti in a day and sometime eggs. What should I eat to reduce my weight?

hello. you can check your BMI. ie body mass index. The  BMI is calculated by taking weight in Kg and height in mt you can calculate BMI by formula wt / ht square. BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height2 (m2)

after you calculate your weight you can see if you are normal ie BMI 18 - 25. over weight if  25 - 30 ) or obese  if 30- 35)  or grossly obese if 35-40), moribend obesity BMI  > 40. you can calculate BMI on line too. and know your results instantaneously. you should know your correct wt in Kgs and height in meters.
