I want a good physique.. as I'm going to marry in few months... tried lot of home remedies to lose weight since 1 year and I almost lose 8 to 9 kg weight..by following some diet routine as drinking detox water in empty stomach then after eatings oats jn breakfast drink 4,5 cup of ginger green tea... drinking warm water 9,10 glass a day.. skipping dinner...but after all doing this i dont see that much difference in body that i want... plz suggest me where im going wrong...
