I have tried diet after diet along with exercise. No matter what, I don't lose weight. So I tried water fasting for three days. I feel confident that I can continue. I would like to know what I need to fast and if it's safe for me to do so. I am fully grown, don't have gout or
diabetes, not
pregnant or elderly. I drink a lot of water. I know what sign there are to stop. I just want professional advice on how to do it properly.
