You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday . Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

You should have to follow the healthy lifestyle Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk Curd and paneer which are made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive , saffola, sunflower, mustard oil in cooking Use whole wheat bread, brown bread etc. Use green leafy vegetables, sprouts , in your diet Use egg white Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato , arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned, tinned etc Avoid pickles and papad in your diet

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
