Hi You are eating very less for your weight. It won’t reduce. Please do a basic blood test and check all the parameters, to identify if anything is attributing to weight gain.

Weight loss does not depend only on the number of chapatis you eat. It depends on your total daily calorie intake, food quality, activity level, sleep, and metabolism. Even if roti quantity seems controlled, other factors may be preventing fat loss. Why weight may not be decreasing: - Portion size of sabji, oil used in cooking, snacks, or beverages may be adding extra calories. - Lack of adequate protein can slow fat loss and increase hunger. - Low physical activity or no strength training reduces calorie expenditure. - Poor sleep and stress can increase cortisol, making fat loss harder. - Eating very little for long periods can slow metabolism. What you should do: - Keep chapati intake moderate but add adequate protein in every meal (dal, paneer, eggs, chicken, tofu). - Reduce visible oil and fried foods. - Add vegetables for volume and fiber. - Start strength training 3–4 times weekly along with walking. - Ensure 7-8 hours of sleep.

Your weight is not reducing because weight loss is not only about eating fewer chapatis it depends on total calories, protein intake, metabolism, meal timing, activity level, and body composition. Right now, your diet looks high in carbohydrates and low in protein, which can slow fat loss even if quantity feels less. Many people face this same issue eating simple home food but still seeing no weight change. The good news is this can be corrected with the right meal balance and personalized planning without starving or stopping chapati/rice. I would recommend a structured diet plan based on your lifestyle, medical history, and metabolism so that fat loss starts in a sustainable way. If you’d like, I can assess your routine and design a customized weight-loss plan suitable for you. You can connect with me for a detailed consultation.

Problem is usually not only chapati quantity. Weight loss depends on total calories, activity, metabolism and food type Hidden calories Oil in sabzi , sugar in tea , biscuits, fried foods and late night eating Low protein diet: Only chapati + sabji - metabolism slow Body stores fat Less physical activity Need 30-45 min daily walking and exercise Slow metabolism Possible thyroid issue or age related metabolism slow Important rules Oil max 3 tsp / day Stop sugar tea 2 times max No fried snacks Walk daily Sleep before 11 pm
