Are u a lactating mother?
Your diet contain high protein foods like egg white, skinless chicken, paneer ( homemade), Dal or chicken soup. Quantity should be medium bowl. Avoid more than 4 hrs gap in between meal. Dnt eat fried foods, juices and mangoes too
