Hi , Before covid my weight 74 kg after covid I was 66 , two years span I was slightly increased weight. Past one month I am losing weight currently 64. My food habit also changed from last 3 months , I am eating twice 11am and 6 pm. Please suggest. Thanks

Two times eating pattern is not at all good. Try to take healthy food, don't try to skip any meal.. Have a healthy food habits, still if you are loosing weight you requires further evaluation
