Hi, My weight was 84 kgs 3 months back and my hight is 170 cms. I am 49 years old in prediabetic stage. I started walking 2 kms per week on an average for last 3 moths. After First 2 moths I lost 2 kgs. But I lost 5 kgs in last one month. Is this something I should be worried about?. During last month I had fever and sore for a week. Pls advise
