Hi.....I'm a 21 year old obese woman i have been trying to lose weight for the past year and have lost 8Kgs i have been working out(cardio+resistance training) i also want to build lean muscle i have been told that protein shakes can help with that.........So my question is that is it safe to take protein shakes on a regular basis? if so what protein shakes do you recommend??
