Hi, I burn about 300-400 calories every 30 minutes while exercising. I’m 16, 208 pounds and I’m very scared that while I’m trying to lose weight I’ll end up having loose skin. I also need about 2,000 calories a day, so how much exercise would I need to do per day (or for how long and how many days) in order to lose 1-2 pounds a week?
