Avoid spicy and oily food.. Be stress free.. Eat healthy food.. Sleep well 8 hours daily.. Take oats in morning.. Take 3 egg white after 3 hour... Take 1 chapati with daal or sabzi at lunch.. Take black coffee with 1 apple in evening.. Take chicken/ fish grilled or boiled in dinner at 8pm .. Sleep after 2 hours of dinner..
