Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

You need to have small and frequent meals. Do not skip any meals. Do excercise everyday. To plan healthy weight loss diet I need to know some more information from  you on the basis of which I have to plan you diet. I would like to know your height , weight, eating habits, past medical history, excercise pattern etc
