Hello dr. I had taken a blood test yesterday which shows ESR is 32.although esr range is 1-20 what medicines or precautions should i take ?

Dear Patient ESR alone is can't diagnose whole disease. But it's suggestive of infection or anaemia etc Do you see elevated RBC count at 12.6 hb high RBC suggest body is trying to compensate hb deficit. Few questions like were you on periods (blood loss) when you gave blood sample? Do you have weight loss?
