The only way to lose weight is to eat less and burn more calories by way of workout. PCOS is associated with Diabetes. That has to be looked after.  You are suffering from High Blood Pressure. That also needs treatment. All said and done, have a holistic approach to your problem . Don't concentrate only on weight.
