I am 23 years old and I weight 64kg and height 5'2 .
I have tried all kinds of diet plan,interment fast.
I am 64 kg since 6 months its neither decreasing nor increasing I don't have any other health issues even my periods is regular. These days I am facing body shaming too please suggest me what should I do. I am really very worried 😪
