My age is 33 years.After delivery of my son i got overweight that is 72 ,before that i was 55.My height is 5 inches.My thighs and hip became big..so i look stout i tried gym and yoga(for one month because of too much of weakness) but no use ..please suggest me what to do to reduce weight.Any yoga postures and deight and how many months to continue
