Plz tell your weight, status of your Thyroid profile, S Insulin - fasting and PP and any menstuating problem. Never starve yourself and keep yourself on healthy diets. Regards

You should be investigated for overweight and accordingly treatment will be given. There is always indivisualisation as far as diet plan is concerned. Please consult ayurvedic doctor regarding diet and Panchakarma
Weight reduction is not quantitative it all depends on the amount of effort you put. Start workout avoid day sleep, eat healthy and light. Avoid foods like curd, sweets and cold foods. Take only hit water to drink. Follow these and if you want faster results go with panchakarma treatment. All the best
