Hello Dr. I am 22 yrs old male,My body weight is 70kg with 25.68 BMI. I am having problem of eating more. Usually I prefer more green vegetables daily like cucumber, Cabbage and Peas. I also take green tea frequently.But I am unable to see to much of improvement in my health. There is not much good improvement in my belly fat also. Also Dr. because of studies I sleep late and Also I woke up late. At late midnight also I feel some what hungry. So I request you to provide me diet plan accordingly
