Hi, am 39 yrs n weigh 74 kg I want to ask is bajra roti (2) good for lunch. Plus am not very strong enough as I get tried very soon as compared to others in the gym. Breakfast I eat oats 5-6 days in a week.

Hi, Have a balanced meal that includes all food groups. Bajra roti with dal and leafy vegetables is good. Also have other cereals like Wheat, Ragi,Jowar should be included.
