Garcinia being a popular revenue generator, in recent market, has been extensively researched and it's appetite suppressing action has been confirmed in lab rats. Similar studies have been done for phytolacca. Chemically both differ in their active ingredients, so they r not supposed to interact harmfully when taken together.... But I say SUPPOSEDLY with purpose here. Studies of health assays, of persons taking "multi drug concoction for weight loss" have shown higher liver toxicity action than individual product. Both products work by causing appetite suppression and metabolic rate elevation. You can achieve same results by doing regular sustained exercise for 45 mins daily (free of cost), it can be any form of exercise so long as it is regular.

You have not stated your height and weight. Hypothyroidism needs to be ruled out for which you need to get your Thyroid finctions evaluated. Heredity too plays an important role. Go for regular brisk long walks fir 30 minutes initially and increase it gradually to 50/60 minutes. Cycling and swimming are good too. Control your diet by small meals at 4 hours gap where in fats and carbohydrates need to be minimised. Sweets and salt have to be consumed in moderation.
