Hello user It's very common to gain weight during pregnancy and being unable to lose it post delivery as your body reaches a plataeu. Firstly, you need to pay attention on meal timings. Even in an erratic schedule, try to keep your meal times fixed. Second, pay more attention on your fruits and vegetables intake. Get as much fibre as you can. Next, ensure enough hydration at all times. You can have fluids like infused water, soups, buttermilk, plain water. Include nuts in your daily diet. (Keep portion control in mind) Remember that best results can be achieved only by a customized program that suits your needs & not by generalised guides.
Next Steps
Consult with me through practo direct for a customized program. Thank you.
