I have put on weight. Although i dont eat much oily foods, my weight is increasing smtms i dont evn eat... Due to this i have problem withy monthly periods.

Not eating or skipping meals will not help you to loose weight,
You need a proper balanced diet which is low in carbs and high in protein,
You have to divide and eat your meals 5 times like short meals,
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day for three days in a week,
