Hi! You seem to be quite underweight for your age and height. Weight gain depends on body type, stress, food intake, smoking / alcohol consumption, medical issues and proper digestion of food. Take 2 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables with meals, use milk and milk products, add ghee to meals and make sure you eat small meals at frequent intervals. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan and supplement that works for you.
