Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high calorie food in ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high protein diet.
