Mam Nidhi Nigam..my age 21 running my height - 164cm, weight - 45kg..
In my life life style this is that I get up in the morning and 2 roti with tea..
I take four roti with a vegetable in the afternoon..
I take tea sometimes in the evening..
At night I am one or both roti with Khichdi..
I used to take milk in the morning the first morning, then I had a
kidney stone just a few days ago, the doctor had refused to take milk and salad. My medicines are currently on and the kidney stone which is small is 4mm..
Now what should I do for my weight gain?
