My meal in breakfast is potato fries and chapatti and in lunch I eat rice dal and vegetables and Mon veg with it.. It can fish egg or chicken... I don't eat mutton and ghee and in diner I eat chapatti and vegetables.. Before I go to bed I drink one glass milk everyday.... My height is 5 foot and my wait is 55 I think.... This is my meal height and weight soo plzz help me now to controll my weight....
