My name is vignesh and I am from Chennai , I am 28 years old male and my weight is only 50.2 kg, height 165 cm. For my age I feel I am very underweighted. I tried many food items, dry fruits, fruits and many more but still my weight is not increasing so kindly give me some diet plans to increase my weight thanks in advance ☺️

Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only .
