Hi Doctor,
Am 27 year old male and my height is 162 cms ans weight is 48 kgs.
I am healthy in all means but am not able to gain weight from long time. I eat food normally but i think my metabolism is fast . After having food within sometime am forced to use bathroom.Am this as well. Kindly suggest to gain mass and weight. What should I do in order to gain mass and weight.
