Hi I am glad to hear that you are working out. It’s difficult to give you a full diet plan without knowing more about your lifestyle and food habits. But you can always have rice in moderation. Rice is gluten free and you can always make it a part of your diet especially if you are vegetarian. Rice has some essential amino acids other vegetarian proteins don’t have which make it a useful product. Rice is also gluten free which keeps your body happy. However just like with anything else keep in moderation. Mix more vegetables in your rice to make it seem like bulky. You could also try red rice if it is available in your state. It has good fibre. Thanks Anant
