I had started playing squash for 40 minutes 4 days a week for the past 1 and a half month and since the past one month have also started strength training. and maintained a normal diet. yet I am still gaining weight. i am confused. is this normal or I am doing something wrong. I also have pcod.

There is a chance that the heavy workouts increase your appetite and cause weight gain.. (I am not taking PCOS into account ... It's not my field of expertise as such ) if that is the case than continue the strength training and cardio training.. your body will eventually start learning to regulate food intake... Also add calorie diary on a daily basis atleast for 3 months... The only best proven method to lose weight is calorie deficit ...not just exercise or working out

Please check on your calories which you’re taking,only physical exercise won’t help you in pcod , you need to modify your eating habits too .. along with some medications if required
