I had a Nissen fundoplication surgery in which the stomach size becomes small. O had the surgery for acid reflux. Now I am completely free of reflux.but I have a restriction to eat very small meals like a baby I eat a hand full of rice and some curry. Currently I am 58.5kg but I was 56kg when I was 56kg I started drinking a drink made of 10almonds , 5dates , 2 bananas 2 spoons of home made peanut butter , 50gm oats and little milk . This drink has increased my weight to 58.5 kg but I want to gain weight
Every one tell I am too thin I want to be atleast 66kg . I eat 4 times a day with 3hrs gap and in additional I divide the above drink into two and drink two times. Is it possible
