For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello, I need your complete information weight gain is not easy tast, if you on field work how you will able take balance diet with small frequent meals many field people who work on field they says i dont get time and not fix time of lunch i eat outside food.
