I am 29 yrs old unmarried female,height-5'4,weight-51kg. my body appearance is thin,i eat healthy foods but not gaining weight. although i am feeling energetic all day but my skin looks dull having no shine...should i go for vitamin supplements, white discharge is also frequent plz suggest something for both problems

Start ur day with exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie food in ur diet. In breakfast take high protein diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet

Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
