34 kg for 4 year old is much more,
Avoid oily food junk food,
Give high protein diet, keep child active, decrease mobile screen time, it will help

4yr kid is expected to weigh around 16 ,he s excess in weight for sure...this issue needs a detailed discussion ..kindly make an online consultation with a pediatrician
