Weight gain hair loss anaemia
I am a 21 years female i was suffering from a health prblm from 18 years till now chronic hair loss weight gain upto 18 kg when i was 18 i am just 46 now i am nearly 64 kg in weight my lower abdomen and upper hand arm are increasing in size day by day eventhough i am maintaining diet suffering from constipation hair looks so dry and rough suffering from megaloblastic anaemai eventhough my thyroid level is normal i have tested last monthly it is so difficult to treat my prblm suffering lot lot

There are other hormonal problems also which need to be excluded to diagnose the underlying problem . As gaining 18 kg in 3years with similar lifestyle needs to examined thoroughly .let me know of other symptoms if any like acne , any issues with periods,facial hairs,etc
