I have been on Mertazapine ( 22.5 mg then 15 mg and 7.5 mg) from 27th February and Quitapine 25 mg ( from April 4) have noticed an unusual increase in appetite and hence weight gain. I would like to know the following:
1. With regular exercise and controller diet the weight gain can reduced ?
2. Does taking mertazapine makes one diabetic? My Hb1ac reads 5.9 now.
