Hi,
I am weighing 92kgs right now and have been working out in the gym for almost 6 months. Though I have lost inches I have gained 6 kgs(I weighed 86 back then).
Wanted a diet chart or diet regime which fits my working schedule as well as I live alone and donot have means to cook some lavish health loss dishes.
My work schedule : typical 9-5 working hours.
