I have weighed the same for a long time now, 53-54kgs. But I'm becoming bigger and larger by size every day. I drink 3L of water everyday and I eat home made portion controlled diets. I don't have any medical complications. Just not able to understand why this is happening. Being 22 and weighing 53kgs, why am I getting large (went from S size to L within 2weeks). I look and feel heavy, please tell me what's happening.
