Weekness feels in legs and body
Hello sir Sister age 26 we r Muslims had fastings 20 days later my sister sick for fever for 3 days upto 102. After going hospital used tablets it's reduced in 5th day.. again yesterday we went hospital becoz loose stools per day around 8 .. Again prescribed tablet darolac for stools it's reduced and yesterday we went hospital and taken IV 1 400ml and 100 ml fluids . With amykacin injection.. now stools recovered. But she feels weakness kindly advise any tablet or tips . Doctor prescribed only multivitamin tab and pantop 40 yesterday. Starting 4 days used cefix 200 tab 4 tablets 2 days only and dolo 650. Can we use azimytromycin  or any Becoz now days everyone taking azytromycin 500 Her bp 115/71 Pulse 95 to 97 Thanks

First of all you went to hospital then assuming  covid test would have been done there and it must b negitive. Ypur physician provided ypu good drugs and there is no need to add azithromycin. Just ors powder and healthy diet

No need to take Azithromycin, it will not help. Give plenty of fluids and electral with water.
