Weakness and sweating

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I had started bp medicines from 3 months metosartan 25 (morning) and cilacar 10 (evening), from 1 month onwards I feeling very weak and night sweating in the forehead and neck, all my reports are normal including 24h holter, but weakness is not reduced.
