Hi doctor I'm 25yr old female i weigh 43 kg underweight, I have thyroid from 3 years now it's in control but since I got thyroid my immunity has gone down I tried all possible remedies to take protein supplements for immunity and weight gain but still the same .I get dizziness very easily if I'm hungry and weaknesses very easily followed by headaches.I am planning to try ayurveda medicine after lockdown .What could be solution for my problem I'm extremely weak n underweight I do eat well home cooked food itself and not big fan of junk food .
