Weakness and body ache
Dear Sir/Mam, My wife got admitted in hospital recently after having complain of high fever, severe chill, body pain and headache. After doing several testing including covid only urine had some bacterial infection and platelet count was 78. She operated in iv fluid and antibiotic (viatran). When there were no fever for 24 hrs she got discharged with oral medication (ceftum 400 and norflox). After this she is feeling weakness and sometime body pain also. All oral antibiotics are completed now and doctor gave some medicine for weakness(reclaim ag & evion lc). I did blood and urine routine check up today and urine seems to be ok with slight increase in esr(30) platelet count 197 in blood report. Could you please suggest if my wife still having infection and needs to continue antibiotics or something serious is there which we are not able to find out. Thanks in advance.

There is no need for anti biotics any more. Because of infection weakness will be present for some time. Let her take 3-4 litres of water every day to prevent Urinary infection again on regular basis. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Take capsule Cobadex forte once daily for 1 month.
