Weakness and anaemia
My father hb level is 9 gm /dl,RBC is 3.2 million,PCV is 26% History of PUD,totally fine now He take antihypertensive. His blood pressure is always normal,like 130/70 He just complains of weakness so performed CBC and RBS.Rbs is normal S.creatinine is 1.4 Does it indicates CKD or its just due to dehydration. Is it sufficient to prescribe iron folic acid tablets.. Or do i have to exclude CKD. He has no other complaints except weakness

We should search for the cause of low hemoglobin with out that supplementing iron and folic acid will be very vague treatment. Since this is in mod category anemia. Hemoglobin is nvr low due to dehydration.
