Dear doctor ,me an my son fell sick last week an still recovering , like fever cold cough, but now so much weakness that i'm not able to do anything ,not able to eat at all , if i forcefully eat then i feel like vomiting, i was stressed so much still i'm stressed bcz of health .. i get very bad anxiety also ..
