Weakness & sometime shivering with temp
Dear Dr, My wife has delivered on Feb 7th 2020 by Cesarean. Its first delivery, we have 5 months Bady girl.  From last few days my wife suffering with irregular fever and shivering. Using Dolo 650 when temp is there and Azithral 500 once a day from last three days, now temp and shivering is in control. But sometimes getting temp. Please suggest medications. I have done lab test. Complete Blood Picture (CBP),Complete Urine Examination (CUE) Files attached TSH :2.39 normal, Randam Blood sugar 70, Urine sugar Nil. (MP test) Malaria PF Antigen  Negative. PV Antigen   Positive. (Widal Slide Method) S.TYPHI O : 1 in 80,   S.TYPHI H : 1 in 80, S.PARATYPHI AH : 1 in 40, S.PARATYPHI BH : 1 in 20 (CRP) C-Reactive Protein : 55.1 Urine Culture result to come.
